James and Matt at Little Tree have done a great job making Content Management Sytems (CMS) easier to manage, understand and update for the novice.
Having been tasked with inputting data onto our web pages on a regular basis understanding little things such as when to use italics and what effect this has on the look of the finished page are important. James is always patient - especially in the early development days when you are calling him for the third or fourth time about what seem trivial things - but when you are not sure it is good to have a ‘voice’ to speak to rather than a faceless page of writing.
We look forward to being able to develop our sites further in the future, should the need arise, knowing that Littletree and Oak will be there to assist us at every step.
