We constructed the latest version of their website using Oak (our powerful content management system). We constructed a recruitment module which can be seamlessly added to Oak, allowing all the functionality required to run a successful recruitment website, such as:
- Publish jobs online through a secure administration area, allowing consultants to specify job titles, salary bands, package, start dates, sectors and full specification
- Allow potential candidates to browse and search jobs
- Once a candidate has found a suitable role, they can apply online, attaching their CV. Their application is then emailed directly to the consultant who published the role.
- Job RSS feeds, allowing candidates to be alerted whenever new jobs come online
We also delivered a fresh, modern look and feel to match Aarca’s approach to recruitment.
